Best Western Plus Hill House - Bakersfield

We took our niece to the nearby Buck Owens Crystal Palace Museum and had a blast! The vibrant atmosphere and live music were just very nice. The hotel's pool area was perfect, and the large room gave us plenty of space.

In my wife's opinion, breakfast options were quite limited. It would be great if they offered a more family-friendly breakfast service to accommodate larger groups.

The actual hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly.

We did not like the neighboring Mexican, where breakfast is also served by the hotel. In addition, the operators responsible for us were extremely unfriendly. The hotel has apologized for this.

Since we were only there for recreation, the room was enough for us.

The large, clean room provided a comfortable stay, and the bed was especially pleasant. Housekeeping's performance fell short, with leftover food in the trash cans and a sticky remote control. The breakfast options were limited and did not meet expectations. The communication issues at the front desk made check-in cumbersome.

Very clean, well-kept hotel, large rooms. We felt comfortable right away. Breakfast Mexican style very good, pleasant surprise to the usual simple American breakfast.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with free Wi-Fi, made it easy to plan my day while enjoying a delicious breakfast at the attached restaurant after a refreshing shower.

This hotel is well-kept and clean with incredible location to Yosemite National Park and incredibly nice staff. The rooms are neat and modern, the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The services are friendly, including a nice pool. Hot dishes can be found in the attached restaurant. Can recommend for one night, a special vibe throughout.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room itself felt clean and safe. It's important to note, though, that there are no elevators, which could be troublesome for those needing assistance with luggage. Breakfast options weren't great, just a grab-and-go style.

Nice place to stay in Bakersfield, if compared to other hotels. We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, nevertheless everything was absolutely fine. Its location was best possible in a nice area with lots of dining options...

The pleasant decor of the lobby was comforting and inviting, reminiscent of my favorite tea garden. It, and the accessible features.

More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

by and large, it was great base for sightseeing in bakersfield, had much fun and met top-class staff before when there was a different manager. the restaurant was good for the included breakfast, we ordered excellent dishes.
